Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
We make sure that our products that reach you are functional and have no defects.However if there is any defect or damage in the product please contact us so that we can take the necessary actions for you to enjoy using our products and services without any hassle. Kindly provide us with the following details to process the Return Request at our end.

- Order ID details.
- Clear images of the product and packaging highlighting the issue
- Invoice Copy.
Customer Support will confirm the request and guide you about the process.
Please be ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
Your product needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
When Are Returns Not Possible ?
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:
- The request is made beyond the above specified time frame.(i.e 3 business working days)
- Missing original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
- You have used the products or product is damaged in some way after the delivery.
- Product is not in the same condition as you received it.
- Any necessary or consumable item which has been used or installed.
- Serial Numbers of the Products are tampered with or missing.
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped or within 24hrs of purchase, whichever is earlier. If you paid via a prepayment mode (credit card, debit card or net banking or other legal electronic payment mode), then your entire order amount will be refunded excluding 2.5% payment gateway charges (if any). Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled once it has been shipped.
If you wish to cancel an order, please follow these steps:
- Log into your account on Relaxo Home Appliances Pvt Ltd’s website and go to the ‘My Orders’ page.
- Choose cancellation option and fill in the required details.
- Once you create a cancellation request, it will take us a maximum of 24 business hour to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified same via email and SMS.
- Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed and your order amount will be refunded within next 5 to 7 business days.
Cancellation of Orders Without Prior Notice
Relaxo Home Appliances Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel the order under below mentioned circumstances:
- Error / Mistake in product information on our website (error in price, specification, quantity etc.)
- Wrong or incomplete details provided while placing the order (incomplete address, wrong or no PIN code, phone number, etc.).
- COD order which you did not re-confirm.
- Product not available.
- Delivery address is out of service area
Once the return parcel reaches our location, we will do a thorough inspection and will initiate replacement/refund only after we are satisfied with the genuineness of the return request and condition of the product. Your amount will be refunded back to you within 7 working days depending on the mode of payment and banks involved.
